Open Monday-Friday from 9-5pm.  In special circumstances an evening appointment can be arranged.   Crisis services are not provided at this office and in the event of a medical emergency or an emergency involving a threat to your safety or the safety of others, please call 911 to request emergency services or go to your local emergency room.
